[Letter] 1911 Aug. 19, Wallington, Cambo, Morpeth [to] Edward Porritt / George Otto Trevelyan.

Trevelyan writes Porritt commending him for writing "with such precision and impartiality on the electoral questions of plural voting, university representation, and the payment of Members," in his pamphlet "Barriers against democracy in the British electoral systerm." Trevelyan also gives his own opinions on these subjects.
